Intranuclear dynamics of phospho-p53 ser15 protein in microbeam irradiated human MRC5 cells. The number of phospho-protein foci was rather constant between 2 and 8 a particles/nucleus. However they showed more fluoresence intensity with larger number of particles. The inhibitor, Wortmannin, blocked the phosphorylation suggesting PI-3 kineases such as ATM or DNA-PK were involved.
